James Wallace, President and CEO
James Wallace founded Cranel, Inc. in 1985 and today guides the overall strategic direction of the company. He has more than 30 years experience in the information technology and engineering industries. Prior to founding Cranel, Jim was owner of Microtech, an electronic component manufacturer's representatives firm. Jim also established Cascade Data, an electronic component company; and business computer firm REP Associates.

Through Jim's leadership, Cranel has grown into an expansive company with locations across the U.S. Jim graduated from North Dakota State University with an MBA from the University of Iowa. He also participated in the Advanced Management Program at Harvard University.


Craig Wallace, Founder, Versitec
In 1994, Craig Wallace joined Cranel, Inc. to start the service business known as Versitec.  Prior to founding Versitec, Craig held positions in sales and marketing at the Network Service Divisions of CompuServe, both at their corporate offices and in the Washington, D.C. area.

Leading Versitec, Craig is responsible for the sales and operations of the entire Managed Services Business with headquarters in Columbus, OH and the advanced depot operations facility in Shrewsbury, MA. 

Under Craig's management, Versitec has achieved a significant compounded annual growth rate since its inception in 1994.

Craig holds a bachelor's degree in Marketing from The Ohio State University.

Mike Trautman, Vice President
Mike Trautman joined Cranel, Inc. in 1986, opening the Pittsburgh/Cleveland market. In 1988, Mike relocated to the East coast to open two new sales territories for the organization. Over the next eight years, he developed storage expertise and a track record, which earned him the role of vice president of Cranel's Eastern Region in 1998 and then vice president of Sales in 2001.

Prior to joining Cranel, Mike worked for a plastics manufacturer in Dayton, OH. A graduate of Cedarville University, Mike has a bachelor's degree in Sales and Marketing, and a minor in Communications.

Nick Cellentani, Vice President of Operations and Storage Consulting
Nick Cellentani has been an integral executive at Cranel, Inc. since May 1997.  In his current position, Nick is responsible for three separate areas of Cranel, Inc.: Information Technology, Operations and Consulting Services for Adexis.

Prior to joining Cranel, Nick was the product manager for Salesoft, a leader in sales force automation software, where his team achieved the much sought after Gartner magic quadrant status.  Prior to joining Salesoft, Nick held a leadership role at Symix systems, a leader in CRM software.  He also was director of sales and marketing operations at Liebert Corporation, the global leader in business critical continuity. Nick is a graduate of Franklin University with a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Michael Tracy, Chief Financial Officer
Michael Tracy was designated CFO in October 2000. He previously held senior financial management positions with The Mike An Group, MBA Marketing Corporation and Safelite Auto Glass. He also served as an auditor and manager at Arthur Andersen & Co.

Michael directs all accounting, finance and human resources functions at Cranel. He is a CPA and a graduate of Miami University of Ohio.

Michael Cush, Chief Technical Officer
Michael Cush joined Cranel in October 2000. Prior to his appointment as CTO, he served as vice president of Technical Services for Resource One Computer Systems. He also held positions at Sun Microsystems and The Ohio State University's Computer and Information Science Department.

As CTO, Michael plots the technical future of Cranel, directs market analysis, and develops company market positions and solution offerings. Michael also heads up the development of ISOdx, a patent pending IT change isolation tool that provides unprecedented visibility and control over an IT environment.  Michael is a graduate of The Ohio State University with a bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems.
